Polyfab LLC, a member of the Daiho Group

Polyfab is a custom injection molder in Sheboygan, Wisconsin with a press range of 35 tons to 660 Tons. Highly automated with internal resources to design, build, program and prove out all automation. Polyfab has been processing IMD on a number of parts for over 10 years. Some Graphics as small as 1/2″ x 1″, others as large as 12″x18″ with Antimicrobrial in the IMD. Polyfab works closely with the customer and the IMD graphic supplier to make sure all expectations are met to a world-class standard.
